Ziah is a creative stylist with a passion for curly hair. She had a jump start to her career with the opportunity to assist and train under celebrity stylist and Hair Love owner, Tippi Shorter. Ziah's love for this industry started as a kid playing dress-up while doing her own hair and makeup and is now a Mizani educator. Ziah has experience in all types and textures, but, she loves to color and cut naturally textured hair and is passionate about making sure you leave with a smile and a style!

Varanys, professional known as Nyss graduated beauty school in 2022 with a passion and a goal to be a curly hair specialist. After a year of shadowing Curly specialist and getting certified in the Mizani Air Cut, she is a bonafide Curl Specialist. Nyss is dedicated to providing high quality services for all texture types, specializing in curl cuts, natural hairstyling, color and silk press. Nyss is a resident of Wichita and is a guest stylist at Hair Love 1 week a month. 

Shelby Winfrey

Shelby is well know around KC for her singing talents whether its for the Chiefs or the Mayors tree lighting, but she is also a Curl Specialist! Shelby has been passionate about curls her whole life and wants to share Hair love with others to get the best curls possible.

Alayna Hawkins

Alayna, is the proud creator of KC Naturals, a vibrant community of over 300 textured hair enthusiasts. Her passion for helping others love and nurture their curls, coils, and waves fed her desire to become a licensed hairstylist. Growing up in the salon atmosphere, she mastered techniques taught by her mother and top educators. As a perfectionist, she encourages her clients to feel comfortable and confident. Tippi Shorter

Tippi Shorter’s hairstyles have topped the shoulders of many icons including Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Jennifer Hudson. Tippi opened Hair Love in 2023 to continue her passion for waves curls and coils and develop a team of like minded stylist. She’s also the Global Artistic Director for Mizani and a Loreal hair color educator.
